1. Just make an inquiry on our website or contact us via e-mail with the vehicle specifications or your requirements for the vehicle and we will gladly help you to choose the one that suits your needs best.

2. We will provide you with an estimated cost of the vehicle, including delivery and customs clearance.

3. We sign an agreement and proceed to the refundable security payment and start the purchase procedure. Then the vehicle is purchased from the auction, we provide you with an Invoice, that contains the final cost minus the security payment paid before.

4. When the vehicle arrives in the Limassol port, it will pass the customs clearance and will be ready for the registration procedure.

- A security payment acts as a guarantee for the auction and goes towards the payment for the vehicle purchase.

- The amount of the security payment depends on the cost of the vehicle.

- The security payment may be returned in full before the purchase is made.

Is there a guarantee?

- Since the imported cars are used, the manufacturer's guarantee doesn't apply. All cars are inspected thoroughly and have a certified condition grade.

What car can I order?

- We are working with orders on any cars not older than 5 years and retro cars older than 30 years.

How is the car shipped?

- Your car may be shipped both by RoRo or container.

- Our team will be in touch with you through the whole delivery process.

Can I cancel the purchase?

- You can cancel your order any time before the bidding date and receive your security payment back in full.

- If you cancel the purchase after we make a bid, you will get back the security payment minus the fine imposed by the auction.
